Pan Roasted Chicken and Veggies

1 lb Chicken thighs, boneless skinless


4 Garlic cloves
1 Onion, large wedges
1 1/2 lbs Red potatoes
1/2 tsp Rosemary, dried
1 (10 ounce) bag Spinach, fresh

Baking & Spices

1/2 tsp Black pepper
1 1/4 tsp Salt
