Bacon-Wrapped Pineapple Jalapeno Poppers - 16 jalapeno peppers (seeded), 8 oz. cream cheese, 20 oz. crushed pineapple (drained well), 16 oz. bacon (not thick sliced), BBQ sauce. Baked at 375 for min. Then sauce is added and baked 5 min. more.
didn't wrap bacon around shroom. i fried up almost a pound of bacon into bits. then added it to filling once cool. 16 oz of cream cheese too much. only used 1 8 oz tub of herbs & chive mix (i think). husband, wife, and boat & pool party approved.
