Cramique au sucre (or Kramiek in Flemish). One of Belgium's and French Flandre (Northern France) breakfast foods: a brioche-like bread. A cramique is sometimes filled with raisins but the recipe attached to this pin is with sweet pieces of pearl sugar, almost like the craquelin. Also makes me reminisce of the tsoureki bread that we have in Greece, though slightly different.
