CHICKEN AND GNOCCHI SOUP (OLIVE GARDEN COPYCAT) Go make this now. Really. Great recipe. Make sure you taste each step for saltiness before you add any. Only thing I'm wondering is if you can find smaller gnocchi? The package I found the gnocchi was almost quarter size and I think it would taste a BIT better with smaller gnocchi bites. MY REVIEW: A DEFINITE KEEPER
Chicken Gnocchi Soup (Olive Garden Copycat - readers have told me it's better than the real one)
Olive Garden's Chicken Gnocchi Soup - Put it in the slow cooker all day except for the spinach (used a box of frozen) and the gnocchi.

tomato basil parmesan soup for the crock pot. Made this today. Subtle tomato flavor. Lightened it by using 1c skim milk and 1c half and half. Didnt stir in Parm but just grated some on top before serving. Great with simple grilled cheese sandwiches. Kids liked the soup. Though not likr Norstrom Cafe's tomato soup (which has something like 2 cups of heavy cream), I will make again.
Lentil soup is comforting, simple, and easy to throw together with the bare minimum of ingredients. It’s my go-to when I want something hearty but healthy, when I feel like my body needs a reset from a spate of indulgent eating, or when I'm tasked with feeding vegetarian or vegan friends on a chilly day. This pared-down red lentil version is the one I make most often, and it never fails to please.
