Sweet potato fries make a great side dish for any meal...and my kids love them!  #RECIPE  Wash and peel sweet potato. Cut into ¼-inch fries. Toss in melted coconut oil to coat. Sprinkle with your favorite seasonings and toss again until all fries are evenly coated. Arrange fries in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 450°F for 20 minutes, turning occasionally.

The line is horrendous so if you can do the "Single Rider" line it's far better. I waited in line for 2 hours on the regular queue before someone told me about the other way. Took me 10 minutes to get on the ride.

Crispy baked fries  Preheat oven 400 degrees. Mix salt, pepper, chili powder, cumin, basil, and garlic powder in a bowl. Cut russet potatoes into fries. Fill a medium bowl with cold water. Rinse fries. Pat dry. Toss fries in vegetable oil and spice mix. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper. Spread fries out in a single layer. Bake 20 minutes. Flip, cook for additional 15 minutes. Flip, cook for 5 additional minutes. Serve hot with ketchup our, my favorite, buffalo sauce! Enjoy!
