Depression is anger turned on yourself because of a chemical imbalance in the brain & it is curable. Please recognize it is only a temporary way of being & U can get help. Please don't wait until you want to hurt yourself 2 take away the pain. But if you are there get help even if you have to go to an emergency room. You are important to many lives.
