    Ditch the shampoo and conditioner for baking soda and vinegar. There are dozens of variants on this - different combos work for different people - typically, the baking soda is the shampoo replacement, and the vinegar the conditioner. Me, I use cider vinegar in water, some days, honey on others, and the baking soda only very, very rarely. No other hair products needed.

    Give this a try. It is great as a clarifying shampoo! It will remove all residue and product build up form your hair but be careful using it on coloured hair as it is a natural hair lightener. It will leave it feeling really clean and with more body! Great for blonde hair with product build up.
