    I made this before Christmas and boy was it yummy! Since it is just my husband and I, I decided to freeze most of it. I filled quart size zip lock bags and froze them flat. The bags don't take a lot of space and the sauce thaws quickly. Only have one quart left, time to make another batch ❤️

Pollo Asado - great flavor. The longer it marinades, the better. (serve with rice, beans and homemade salsa/guacamole!)
