Homemade Mushroom Soup - I just made this...my daughter is vegan so I made some adjustments. Used half coconut creamer and half soy creamer. Almond breeze for milk. Since they tend to be sweet, I replaced Worcester sauce with braggs liquid amino and added red wine vinegar to taste. Thickened it with twice the flour and added carmelized onions into it. Oh my goodness...rosemary sourdough bread and I could eat the entire pot!
