Mini Lasagnas (marinara sauce, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, won ton wraps, Italian seasoning and ground beef/sausage if desired)

1 head Cauliflower 2 eggs 2 cloves garlic 4oz low fat mozzarella 1/2 tsp onion powder Salt and pepper to taste Chop cauliflower and microwave for five mins or until soft Put into a blender until mashed potato consistency Place into bowl with all other ingredients and stir Put mixture about 1/2 inch thick into a sprayed baking tray . Bake at 450 for about 20/25 mins or until brown. Add extra cheese and brown again...YUM!!!
