    Parmesan Roasted Potatoes. Crispy, salty, and completely divine. I altered the recipe slightly because I like thicker, wedge-shaped oven-baked potatoes, so I didn't slice mine as small. I halved the potato and then sliced each half lengthwise into thirds. This side dish was indeed tasty, especially with a garlic and Greek yogurt dipping sauce!

Roasted Potatoes... look and sound delicious!

Easy Oven Roasted Potatoes 2 large potatoes, scrubbed 3 Tbsp olive oil 1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning 1 tsp salt 4 Tbsp Parmesan cheese Slice potatoes into very thin slices (1/4 inch). big ziploc bag to coat the potatoes. Toss potatoes with olive oil, Italian seasoning and salt in a ziplock bag to coat.  Place in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with foil. Bake at 450 for 15 -20 minutes, until lightly brown.  Top with Parmesan cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes.

Parmesan Roasted Potatoes with Paprika, Garlic, and Olive Oil

Gluten - Free, Takes 5 minutes to get into the oven. Delish. Perfect for any meal.

5-6 potatoes diced with skin on; 3-4 TBS olive oil; 1/4 c parm cheese; 1 1/2 tsp paprika; 3/4 tsp garlic powder; 1/2 tsp season salt; 1/4 tsp pepper. 425 on sprayed foil lined cookie sheet. 45 min stir every 15 min
