Homemade Orange Creamsicles- 1 cup orange juice, 1 cup coconut milk, 3 TSP honey, 1/4 tsp orange extract, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract Whisk all ingredients together. Pour mixture into popsicle molds. Freeze for 4-6 hours or until frozen.
Blueberry yogurt bites 1 cup Plain Yogurt 1/2 cup of blueberries 1 tablespoon honey 1/2 cup of granola (optional) Could also use coconut instead Mash your berries.
