Skillet Lasagna!

Serving Size: 1 serving
10 lasagna noodles
  • 1/2 kg ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 carrot, diced
  • 680ml strained tomato
  • 680 ml water
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup parm
  • 2 cup mozzarella
1 tbsp olive oil
    Break lasagna noodles into 1” strips then set aside.
    • In a skillet heat olive oil then add onion and carrot. Sauté for five minutes.
    • Add the ground beef with seasonings and garlic. Stir and cook through.
    • Next add the uncooked lasagna noodles, strained tomato and water.
    • Bring to a boil then lower the heat and simmer until lasagna noodles are cooked through. About 20 minutes.
    • Mix the parmesan and mozzarella cheese until melted then serve immediately.
