Strawberry icebox cake!

2 cups heavy cream (35%)
  • 3 tbsp icing sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 pkg Jello pudding
  • 2 cups milk
  • 4 cups strawberries, sliced
4 sleeves graham crackers
    Pour heavy cream, sugar & vanilla in a mixing bowl and beat on high until soft peaks form.
    • Prepare vanilla pudding according to the package then fold into the whipped cream.
    • In a 9x13 baking dish spread a little pudding/cream mixture to coat the bottom.
    • Line crackers on top and break pieces to cover the bottom completely.
    • Spread some of the pudding/cream mixture on top and then a layer of strawberries.
    • Continue to layer crackers, pudding/cream and strawberries finishing off with pudding then strawberries.
    Refrigerate for at least 3 hours to overnight, then enjoy.
