Broccoli Cauliflower Parmesan Bake. Good but I substituded. Italian bread crumbs and more parm.cheese. You could put cooked chicken with this and it would be a full meal. I also added garlic and instead of package of cream cheese, I added the whole thing.

CRACK POTATOES  2 (16oz) tubs of Sour Cream  2 cups Shredded Cheddar cheese  2 (3oz) Bags Bacon Bits  2 pkgs Ranch Dip mix  1 large bag (28-30oz)  Shredded potatoes    Mix first 4 ingredients until well blended. Add potatoes, pour into large casserole dish.  Bake at 400 degrees for 45-60 minutes or until top is lightly browned and potatoes are cooked thoroughly.
