Meet December 9th #CCUFamily member, Amber Green, who just graduated!  During her time here at CCU, Amber served as a resident assistant. She proudly cheered on the Chanticleer sports teams as a member of the student fan club that at the time was called SCREAM. She joined the Costal Sea Turtle Club. She currently serves as a student worker in the Office of Philanthropy. As you can see, Amber has had her hand in many diverse activities throughout her time as a Chant. Read more here:

There are some certain student positions on campus that are both highly coveted and highly selective. Two of these important jobs include serving as a resident assistant and working for CHANT411. Tara Stoudt, our #CCUFamily member for November 7th, has managed to hold both positions during her time at CCU. But perhaps we are cutting her short by using the word “hold.” Let us put it this way: Tara has managed to thrive at both positions during her time at CCU. Learn more here:

Meet October 14th #CCUFamily member Ray Taylor, a junior from Spartanburg, SC. Explaining the characteristic that propelled him to be the first in his family to attend college, Ray uses the word “determined.” Clearly, his determination is what got him to Coastal but it is also what has led him to succeed at Coastal. Ray works 3 on-campus jobs, serves as an orientation leader, writes for Tempo Magazine, and is a member of the Quidditch team. Find out more of his story here:

However, she didn’t let the major change deter her from succeeding. She immediately joined student organizations, connected with faculty, and dominated her coursework. She is not just an inspiration to non-traditional students or students who had to overcome major obstacles, she is an inspiration to the whole CCU community. Read her story here:
