2/3 lb Ground chuck


1/4 cup Carrots
2 cups Cauliflower florets
1/4 cup Celery
1/2 tsp Coriander, ground
1 Onion, medium
1/2 tsp Onions, dried
1/2 tsp Powdered garlic

Canned Goods

2 cups Chicken stock


2 tsp Worchestshire sauce

Baking & Spices

1/4 tsp Black pepper, freshly ground
1/2 cup Finely milled flour
1/2 tsp Salt

Oils & Vinegars

3 tbsp Olive oil

Nuts & Seeds

1/2 tsp Cumin, ground

Bread & Baked Goods

2 cups Croutons


1/3 cup Cheddar cheese, sharp grated
8 oz Cheese
1 1/2 cups Half and half
