"Pesto" (Cilantro, Lemon, Hemp Seeds, Coconut oils, garlic, salt) Coated Carrot and Parsnip "Fettuccini" ...we made this tonight and used zucchini instead of the parsnip - it was AMAZING, SATISFYING, and SO FLAVORFUL!!
“The Biggest Loser” salad that almost no one can get enough of. 1 head fresh lettuce, 1 bunch fresh basil, 2 fresh in-season tomatoes, 1 cucumber, 1/4 red onion (for dressing)-1/3 cup olive oil, 4 tbsp lemon juice,1 tsp honey (for dressing) salt and pepper, to taste
wash cucumber, cut in halve on lenght, take out seeds. Fil with boursin or any "soft cheese" wrap in foil and save in fridge till needed. Take out, slice into 1 1/2 cm (or any size wanted) put a fresh basil leaf on an a sundried tomato. Stick a pin in and some fresh pepper over it...voila
