Tickling Palates: Paneer Tawa Masala. I'm posting this to my vegan board because this gravy is so delicious. I'm going to spice and roast tofu instead of paneer. Honestly, I would eat a shoe if it was sitting in this gravy.

This vegan sticky sesame cauliflower is batter dipped and baked (instead of fried!) Mine wasn't quite as crunchy or batter-y as the picture, but the flavor was great. I baked some tofu with it and marinated it in some of the extra sauce. Delicious!
