Dreamlover…The Pin said Sam Cooke but I (we) think it's Bobby Darin

    It's not Bobby Darin!!

  • Sam Pryor

Is it Sam Cooke? Some mysterious other singer?

  • Cathy Stanton

It's a song Bobby Darin made famous but I will go out on a limb that it is Sam Cooke, because it looks like him!

@ Cathy Stanton ~when the above commenters were questioning whether it was Bobby Darin or not they were talking about the person singing - not the picture. It is OBVIOUSLY not a picture of Bobby Darin since he is caucasian. However it is also OBVIOUS that it is Bobby Darin singing. If you check out the post on YouTube you will see that it says 'Artist: Bobby Darin' even though the poster erroneously attributed it to Sam Cooke and put up a picture of Sam to further confound their mistake.

Well, Alan I know it is Bobby Darin singing. But the comments weren't clear and just because it seemed OBVIOUS to you, it seemed like people who don't know the artists involved. I see mistakes like this all over pinterest. it isn't always clear what people know about past generations. I don't need you tube or your instruction. .
