Home workout [Note to self: add 1 min plank to rotation and instead of burpees do mountain climbers and/or spiderman crawls). Ive done this workout a few times on days where life gets hectic and its hard to schedule in the gym. No excuses. Even if the day is hectic at least do this exercise at home

No-Excuses Workout. For when you can't make it to the gym!

Good at home workout For days when I can't go to: Spin, Cardio Kickboxing, Kickboxing, Pilates, or Barre....+ treadmill or elliptical...or just when I need a little extra lift.

So I've never actually done a workout like this, I always just go on a run and do situps and pushups.. Think I'm going to try it, see if it's harder or easier

I pin them all...Now to actually do them but I think u should go on a walk or jog or run (which ever u feel like) with ur friends and then pick a few of theses to do and eat a little more healthy drink more water have some smoothies and fruit and stuff like that

Got 15 minutes? Much like a 20 minute power nap, 5-4-3-2-1 may just give you the mid-day or pre-movie kick you need!

Sounds like a great cardio workout. Only one I'm not sure of is Mountain Climber, but I will figure it out.
