    Yes...and I use scallions most of the time cause chives can be pricey sometimes. And I get the recipe from King Arthur Flour too. They are sooo good!

2 cups Bisquick mix 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar 2/3 cup milk 2 tbsp butter 1 tsp dried parsley 1 tsp garlic salt Preheat oven to 400˚ and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or use a baking stone. Combine Bisquick, garlic powder and cheese in medium bowl. Stir in milk until just combined. Drop lumps of dough onto cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes.

Bacon Cheddar Scones 2 cups all-purpose flour, 1 t baking powder,1/4 t baking soda,1/2 t salt, 8 T unsalted butter, frozen,1/2 c sour cream,1 large egg,1 c shredded cheddar cheese,1/2 pound bacon, cooked, cooled, and chopped,2 T finely chopped chives,1/4 c heavy cream. (see link for prep & bake details). Cut dough into 8 triangles.Bake 15-17 min. Cool for 5 min - serve warm.

Cheddar, Jalapeño and Chive Biscuits - These are great on their own, with a little butter and as a side for any number of meals. We had some with stuffed summer squash for dinner, and then I had a plain one for breakfast the next morning. I think hot from the oven these would be fabulous sliced in half with a sunny-side up egg over top. Throw on some bacon and you’ve got my kind of breakfast!

Cheddar Bacon Dip (a.k.a Crack) 16 oz sour cream 1 packet Ranch dressing mix 3 oz bacon bits (in the bag not jar) 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Mix together and refrigerate 24 hours. Serve with chips and/or veggies.

Mini Cheddar Biscuits. Makes about 24 small biscuits Blend 1 1/2 cups self-rising flour with 1 cup of heavy cream and 1 cup of grated sharp cheddar to form a soft dough. Pat into a circle 1-inch thick and cut out rounds or squares about 1-inch across. Bake for about 8 minutes at 400 degrees, until puffed and golden.
