I honestly want to become a runner just so I can do the color run. I've never been a runner in all my life. Even when I was younger and actually in shape I couldn't run to save my life. But I SOOOO want to do the color run!

Alright, so this might work as a running plan but the whole "walk for 5 minutes" on Tuesdays? How about we use a stationary bike and go 5 miles. Or we do yoga. Or we strength train? It's not ALL about running!

Couch to 5K. Apparently there is an app for this that tells you when to jog or walk, so you don't have to time it.
