watermelon smoothie Watermelon Smoothie Serves one ■2 C watermelon ■1/2 C ice(or use half frozen watermelon) ■Juice of half a lime ■Zest of half a lime(optional) Throw everything in a blender and blend. Add the lime juice gradually as you might not need as much if the watermelon isn’t very sweet or you may need more if your watermelon is especially sweet. Blend till smooth and enjoy!
