The Easiest Salsa you've ever met. It literally comes together in under 5 minutes. Not only is it easy peasy to prepare but it's down right delicious. Unlike pico de gallo, it's more like a salsa you'd get in a Mexican restaurant served with chips before you get dinner.This is perfect for the winter months when tomatoes aren't in season but you're craving a fresh simple appetizer.
Ingredients: 1 can (28 oz.) Whole Tomatoes with Juice 2 cans (10 oz.) Rotel (diced tomatoes and green chilies) 1/4 cup chopped onion 1 clove garlic minced 1 whole Jalapeno, quartered and diced, ( I removed seeds because we don't like things too hot you could choose to leave them, that is what P-Dub suggested.) 1/4 tsp. sugar 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. ground cumin 1/2 cup Cilantro juice of one lime (She said half, I used whole)
Mini Tacos step 1: cook 1 lb ground beef & season w/ taco seasoning. step 2: use non-stick spray on muffin tin & place wonton wrappers in muffin tin. step 3: fill uncooked wontons with beef & top with shredded cheese step 4: bake @350 for 8 minutes
