A marilith named Marilis, a powerful fiend sent by an archdevil to assist Nalavara. The party bravely faced it down during the Battle for Suzail, managing to weaken and blind it while healing Caladnei. With the Lion Tower's defenses activated by the Royal Mage, the marilith became trapped and was slain. It returned during the Battle for Telflamm, where it was again defeated.
