Dirty Monkey Blended Drink. I had these in Mexico at a resort and they are amazing! Here is the recipe I use to make them at home: In a blender combine ice, 8 ounces pina colada mix, 1-ounce Kahlua, 1-ounce dark Rum, half of a banana, and 1 T Hershey's chocolate syrup. Blend until smooth. Pour the mixture into a glass with chocolate syrup drizzled down the inside of the glass.
Chocolate Cakes - This was the infamous River Cottage Chocolate Nemesis, which is the most delicious, rich mousse cake. The only thing is that it is not stackable, and only reaches about 1"-1 1/2" so doesn't look that great for a celebration cake. I added the chocolate collar to give height and the spiky bowl (filled with handmade truffles) for interest :-)
