Rinse,drain uncooked quinoa. Ad to pot w/ twice the amt water, bring to boil uncovered.Cover,simmer til all water absorbed-15 min,fluff w/ fork,let sit covered a few min.Eat plain,in shakes, smoothies as thickener,as cereal,substitute for rice or pasta,full of nutrients w/all essential amino acids-a complete protein. gm
