New York Cheesecake - This is the single best cheesecake I have ever had. I discovered this Jim Fobel’s cookbook about 20 years ago, and it is the one I return to again and again. It is creamy smooth, lightly sweet, with a touch of lemon. This cheesecake has become the favorite of family and friends who’ve had the good fortune to be served this slice of heavenly goodness.
No Bake Cheesecake 2 8-oz pkg cream cheese (softened) 1 cup sugar 1 pkg dream whip Milk Vanilla Graham Cracker crust Mix dream whip with milk and vanilla according to directions on pkg. In separate bowl, blend cream cheese and sugar until sugar dissolves. Fold dream whip into cream cheese and sugar mixture. Pour into graham cracker crust and chill. Top with favorite fruit topping.
NO BAKE BLUEBERRY CHEESECAKE SO EASY AND GOOD! Ingredients: 8 oz. cream cheese, softened 1 cup confectioners sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 8 oz. cool whip, thawed 10 oz. blueberry or cherry pie filling For the Crust: Keebler Graham crust Directions: For the filling, beat together the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Fold in the cool whip - make sure thoroughly combined. Spoon filling into prepared pie crust. Spread topping on filling.Refrigerate for 2 hours or until chilled. Slice, serve & enjoy!
