    Perfect for breakfast! Egg and avocado toast. Single serving: scramble 1 egg, use 1/2 an avocado and 1 piece of bread. I used salt and pepper to season the egg in the pan and in the bowl of avocado. Don't mush avocado too much, it should be a little chunky. Place avocado directly on toast, then lay scrambled egg on top. Do not put butter on toast. Serve open- faced with a fork and lightly drizzle hot sauce on top. I substituted Tapatio with Sriracha- Delish!
