30 DAY CHALLENGE // DAY FIFTEEN // SOMEONE FROM YOUR FAVORITE VIDEO GAME If you are involved with art in any way, please check out Journey. I had a one night stand with it. My eyes are all pregnant now. I don’t regret it. The game has you journeying through ruins and a barren environment. By contrast, I wanted to show the juxtaposition of life still thriving. Winter will bring emptiness, emptiness, emptiness; winter will bring emptiness. All spring, emptiness. All summer. All fall. - Mary Jo Bang, from “The Too-Bright Light Will Wash You Out,” The Last Two Seconds: Poems
"you didn't love her. you just didn't want to be alone or maybe, maybe she was good for your ego or, maybe she made you feel better about your miserable life but you didn't love her because you don't destroy the person that you love." --truth.
Life of Pi - Rotten Tomatoes: I just saw Life of Pi and it was in one world magical! I personally feel as a Hindu that I took away more than the average person seeing the movie for the first time. I'm still reveling from all the beautiful, magical and touching moments of this movie. It's a MUST SEE in my books and I will be buying it for my collection! Ang Lee is a genius at story telling and I hope that it wins an Oscar! LOVED IT!
