Cool Hand Luke - Great performance by Paul Newman as a rebelious member of a Southern chain gang who, by his indominable spirit, gains the respect and admiration of a bully played by George Kennedy. Strother Martin, as the Captain of the guards, delivers the memorable line, "What we have here commun'cate" The movie sparked a lot of hardboiled egg-eating contests on college campuses in the 1960's. One of my all time favorite movies! I love Tom Hanks and this quote from the movie is one of the best.

I told him we invested to much money in tickets and snacks to leave ... just close your eyes until that scene is over. Not sure if that was good but we got through that scene and the movie was pretty good!
