Back-of-Door Organizer. The back of a door into a utility room or closet makes a handy hanging space. But most doors don't offer a good mounting surface for hardware. The solution is to screw a piece of 3/4-in. plywood to back of door. Add construction adhesive for hollow-core doors. Cut plywood 3 or 4 in. shy of door edges to avoid conflicts w/doorknob or hinges. Mount as many hooks, magnets and other storage gizmos as you like.
Every closet should have one of these! A wooden pullout trouser rack. This rack holds 10 pairs of pants and the dowels lift out! How "neat" is that!? Found this on BHG.com..
This is genius! I already put holiday cards and napkins, etc. Into a gift bag associated with the past events celebration, but the bags, until now, have been set upright on top shelves of closets. THIS idea would also allow quick access to holiday supplies for gift giving, not just hold memories. Plus, it would put items within reach!
