COFFEE MILK SHAKE: Boil 1.5c milk in a pan ,switch off the stove and add 2.5tsp instant coffee powder and 3/4c condensed milk. Allow it to cool completely. Add fresh cream and refrigerate for 2 hours. Whisk in a blender until frothy, just before serving.
Chocolate Vanilla Malt Shakes (My easy version.) ~ 4 Servings. 1 cup skim milk, 6 tblsp malt milk powder (Ovaltine), 1 pint Vanilla ice cream & 1 pint chocolate ice cream. [Part 1] Place half of milk & malt powder in blender. Process until dissolved. Add vanilla ice cream a few scoops at a time. Blend until fully incorporated. Pour equally into 4 glasses. Place in freezer. Chill 10 minutes. [Part 2] Place other half of milk & malt in blender. Process until dissolved. Add half of chocolate ice cream & blend. Add chocolate ice cream a few scoops at a time. Blend until fully incorporated. Remove glasses from freezer. Pour chocolate blend equally into the vanilla ice cream glasses.
