COFFEE MILK SHAKE: Boil 1.5c milk in a pan ,switch off the stove and add 2.5tsp instant coffee powder and 3/4c condensed milk. Allow it to cool completely. Add fresh cream and refrigerate for 2 hours. Whisk in a blender until frothy, just before serving.
Fresh or frozen blueberries are deliciously tart, but also rich in vitamin C and fiber. Combined with soy milk and yogurt, this makes a refreshing snack.
