Wakan Tanka, Great Mystery, teach me how to trust my heart, my mind, my intuition, my inner knowing, the senses of my body, the blessings of my spirit. Teach me to trust these things so that I may enter my sacred space and love beyond my fear, and thus walk in balance with the passing of each glorious sun. - American Indian Lakota Prayer

2 Timothy 4:2 preach the word; be ready in season and out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort, with [a]great patience and instruction.- God's Word says preach the Word not a sermon. We are justified before God by our faith in Christ; but, we are justified before men by our works.
This reminds me of something my Mom use to say to me. When my children were little I would say things like "I can't wait until he can walk by himself or eat by himself or take his own bath" and my Mom would say "Stop wishing their lives away, you'll regret that when their older!" Now that my three sons are grown men, I am so glad I listened to my Mom and enjoyed every stage!
