Rumour has made mention of this gorgeous diamond and emerald tiara belonging to Eugenie also, though there doesn't seem to be any portrait or sketch to back this up as yet; but given her appreciation of how well an emerald tiara would suit her red hair, it may just be a possibility.

Chinese hairpin with jade petals and red coral buds. The metal was probably inlaid with kingfisher feathers, but they disapperead with the time. Qing dynasty (1644-1911). Width : 2 1/2 inch Height : 6 1/2 inch Depth : 3/8 inch.
