Salmon Croquettes are a staple because it is something that Brad will eat other than pasta. I have tried several recipes and this is our current favorite. I didn't have green onions so I add parsley flakes, garlic powder, lemon pepper, and 1/4 cup wheat germ. I also used Italian style breadcrumbs. Delish!
