I went to Walmart and picked out my favorite scent of liquid fabric softener. I took out an empty spray bottle I had stashed away. Mix up just over 1/8 cup of the fabric softner with 2 tablespoons of baking soda and fill the rest of the bottle with tap water.

I used the bathroom spray on this site and OMG. The color started going away. With another treatment and some elbow grease (like I said it is nasty!), it will be back to new! And this made the faucet shine!**

"Shout" It Out (Homemade version) Try vinegar instead of ammonia. Also, for grease stains: use WD-40 to reactivate the grease stain, then use dish soap to remove both the stain and the WD-40.

1 cup white vinegar + 1 cup fabreeze {homemade: 1/8 c fab softener, 2 tablespoons baking soda, fill spray bottle w hot water} + 1/2 cup oxyclean, A dash of dish soap + Fill w/ hot water = AWESOME Carpet cleaner!
