Christmas morning breakfast: Chocolate Gravy. All it is: 5 Tbsp unsalted butter, 3 Tbsp flour, 3 Tbsp cocoa powder, 4 Tbsp sugar, 1 cup milk, 1-1/2 tsp vanilla. Drizzle this velvety, sweet sauce over a hot buttered biscuit, angel food or pound cake or over a bowl of strawberries. Delicious!

chocolate-gravy - very good. Might be better on buttermilk biscuits. Would like it to be thicker sauce.

What you'll need . . . 2 handfulls baby spinach 1 cup almond milk 1 to 2 tablespoons almond butter 1 heaping tablespoon cocoa powder 1 cup frozen strawberries Method . . . Throw everything in a blender and mix. You may wish to add some honey or agave to sweeten. But I'm a huge fan of sweet stuff and don't find this extra step necessary. Enjoy!

I use the book Artisan Bread in 15 minutes a day - it's fantastic. Haven't bought bread in over 2 years.

Yes, they are. The hardest part is getting into the rhythm of it, and judging the right time to turn the tortilla, but once you figure that out, you'll be turning out tortillas like there's no tomorrow!
