    Breakfast Egg Muffins... I have made these numerous times with different ingredients. I always try to add some type of veggie and meat in the mix and on occasion some cheese. These are great to prepare in advance then warm in the microwave or toaster oven in the morning. I've done sauted onions and zuchinni with sausage, sauted onion with bacon and cheese, ham with sauted onion and raw spinach. Really any type of meat and veggie you want to add.
