Upper Body workout w/Human Trainer/TRX straps from blogilates
TRX is great for working the core. I do plyometrics in between sets. 45 min it's all I need to get a great and efficient workout done.

ATOMIC PUSHUP!! So hard but it feels soooooo good!
i used these in boot camp - all you need is some tie downs (like for a truck) and handles to add to the bottoms and shut the strap into the door!
TRX! I love this....it is sooooooooo not as easy as it looks but it is worth it every day when I can complete a whole move and say YES I DID IT!
