Chocolate Ganache Recipe (can be whipped as a filling). Tested by me on Sally's birthday cake. This recipe was dead easy. I used vanilla instead of rum, but otherwise followed the recipe exactly. I whipped it up to make a beautiful filling for the cake layers, and it worked like a charm. I also froze the leftovers, and to my surprise, it was a good as new when thawed.
