    Homemade insect repellent (peppermint oil & rubbing alcohol). Can use on pets too. I'll give this a try .....wonder how well it works. Although in this lady's case.....putting a shirt on may also help with insects;)

    Peppermint oil mosquito spray - One part peppermint oil, ten parts rubbing alcohol. The mosquitoes are SO bad here!!! Hate spraying my babies down with nasty bug sprays!
