Distinctive linens re-imagined into a larger window dressing or even for a shabby chic outer shower curtain. Here at the thrift store we get cool looking linens that sometimes are spotted. This kind of project would be a great way to recycle them preserving some great examples of lace or needlepoint work along the way.

Vintage embroidered linens sewn together to make a curtain. Pieces of ribbon sewn at the top to attach it to the rod.

great curtains

Patchwork scrap curtain, I definitely need this in my sunniest window. It looks like stained glass.

Pretty & sweet indeed with the sun streaming through and showing off all the details of the lace!
