8 oz white chocolate-chopped 5 T unsalted butter, 3 T heavy whipping cream,pinch salt, 1 t lemon extract,powdered sugar.Instructions:over double boiler melt chocolate, butter,cream,stir until smooth.Stir in salt and lemon extract.Cool slightly,cover w/plastic wrap,refrigerate 2 hours (til firm enough to roll balls).W/small spoon/melon baller scoop mixture,roll into 1"balls ( if too sticky drop small amt of white choc mix) roll in powdered sugar and refrigerate
