Ingredients: 4 Tablespoons Flour 4 Tablespoons Sugar 2 Tablespoons Cocoa powder (Note: don't use cocoa mix or quik, it shouldn't have any sugar) 2 Tablepsoons Vegetable Oil (Don't use one with a strong flavor, eg olive, sesame, etc) 2 Tablespoons Water Dash of salt Mug Microwave Microwave Brownies, Veggies Oil, Tbs Cocoa, Tbs Water, Danger Easy, Ice Cream, Mugs Brownies, Tbs Sugar, Cocoa Powder

1 Minute Cake in a Mug - 2 Tbs flour, - 1 1/2 Tbs sugar, - 1/4 tsp baking powder, - 1 shake of salt ( from a salt shaker), - 2 Tbs milk, 1/2 tsp butter - 1/4 tsp vanilla Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Poor mixture into greased mug. Microwave on high for one minute. Frosting -2 Tbs powder sugar, -1 tsp butter, -1 Tbs milk, -1/4 tsp vanilla
"The One" chocolate pb mug cake. This is my go-to in times of desperation. I like that it doesn't use egg (makes it denser, less chewy). And I usually substitute Nutella for the PB (although PB is good, too.)
red lentil coconut soup--Pinner says: I made this last night, it was delicious!! I didn't have the red peppers so I made it without them, this will definitely be hitting the regular rotation...most of the ingredients can be found in my pantry anyway, so stock up on some of the staples of this recipe and keep it in your back pocket when "there's nothing to make" But whatever you do, you have to try this soup!!!
