Baked Creamy Chicken Taquitos. These are BEYOND good. We made them for the first time a few years ago for the first time and were surprised at how good they were. This is our go-to last minute meal which we make at least 4-5 times a month, switching up the ingredients a bit each time. We've had conversations about how addicted we are to them. haha

Baked Chicken Taquitos Perfect use for rotisserie chicken (one of my fav foods). You can customize these to your taste by adding ingredients like black beans, different cheeses, ground beef instead of chicken...just use what you have on hand.
