Sloppy Joe Casserole...Made a version of this tonight. Instead of the topping they used, I mixed up a couple of boxes of Jiffy and threw in some cheddar I grated. I didn't have tomato sauce, but I had a can of diced tomatoes with green pepper and celery. I added that (along with the red pepper I used in place of the diced green pepper in the recipe). I adjusted ketchup to taste. The family approved.
Stir together Cream Cheese, Shredded Cheese, and Taco Seasoning. Fold in the shredded meat, Divide the mix into the tortillas and roll up. Spray the tops with cooking spray and bake for 30 minutes at 350. (flip them at 15 minutes) Garnish with sour cream...and chives...and salsa...and more cheese :)
