Whiskey-Thyme Lemonade | 1 cup turbinado sugar 1 cup water ~12 sprigs of thyme, plus 2 for garnishes For the Thyme Simple Syrup Combine 1 cup turbinado sugar with 1 cup water in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir until sugar is dissolved and add thyme sprigs. Simmer for about 10-15 minutes. Let cool. Strain thyme from the liquid and store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
