Orange cardamom crumble cake :)

Deliciosamente pesado e húmido. Bater 6 ovos com 450g de açúcar (eu usei 250 branco + 200 amarelo). Juntar 200g de margarina derretida, 300g de farinha e 1 colher de sopa de fermento. Colocar numa forma untada e enfarinhada, alternando camadas de massa com camadas de maçã polvilhadas com canela. São cerca de 45 minutos a 180º. No fim, desenforma-se e polvilha-se com açúcar em pó com canela.

yogurt kisses: put your favorite yogurt in a baggie, snip the corner and pipe out dots of yogurt onto a cookie sheet, freeze for one hour and enjoy!

Sashimi: Pescado fresco crudo artesanalmente fileteado, en un corte preciso (siguiendo una costumbre japonesa). Los más habituales suelen ser de salmón, atún, pescado blanco o vieira.

Angel Food Cake 400g icing sugar 1/4 teaspoon salt 230g cake flour, sifted 12 egg whites (at room temperature) 1/3 cup warm water 1 1/2 teaspoons cream of tartar Whisk egg whites, water and cream of tartar. Beat in half the sugar plus salt to medium peaks. Sift and gently fold in the rest of the sugar with the flour a little at a time. Carefully spoon mixture into an ungreased tube pan. Bake for 35 minutes at 180 deg C. Cool upside down in the tin for an hour.
